The best storage facility in South Augusta.

Friendly professionals, Ra'Genica was excellent and made it a wonderful experience at renting a storage unit and Amber was wonderful renting the truck from. This place is clean and secure. Would recommend to other people.

The service is over the top excellent. I called the office after 5p and I didn’t arrive to the office until 5:45p and Mr Max waited on me before he completely closed the office. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Great place to rent from

The staff are very professional, patient with clients, helpful in every way. I have had my personal belongings in. Gate 5 Self Storage since December 2015 and I am a truly satisfied customer. They talk to you with respect and listen to your problems when you call and are sympathetic to any hardships you maybe experiencing. They take time out for customers and don't rush you off the phone. Thanks so much to Beverly and the entire staff of Gate 5 Self Storage for all of the assistance you all have given me over the couple of years, I appreciate you all.

Matt and Kikkie went out of their way to help me in a last minute move. I walked in with many questions and they had no problem researching and providing solutions to all of them! We all found out how many types of moving supplies you can fit into a mid-size compact car.... very interesting. So refreshing to know that TRUE customer service is still ALIVE!!!! Excellent experience with this company. I rented a U-Haul for a move and the woman that assisted me went well above and beyond, even out of her way to help me. I would definitely use this company again!!

Fantastic customer service. The managers will do everything to help you out. Very close to Ft. Gordon. Gate hours of 5am - 10pm works with my schedule. Clean property. Helpful having the free truck. Would easily refer my friends

The best storage company in the area

I have has a unit for over a year for varies items at times. The staff is very helpful and the manager is very nice and willing to work with you and takes what you have to say into consideration. Very safe and secure. Looked around other places and this by far had the best service and price for me. :)

This facility is nice. The security is good and the staff is very friendly. the convienence to Ft.Gordon is wonderful....If you need storage check them out.
