The rental process is very easy. You will need to bring with you a valid government issued photo id. You must be 18 years old. You must also bring cash, check, Master Card or Visa. From start to finish the rental process take about 15 minutes.
You must vacate your unit by the last day of the month. If you are occupying the unit on the first of the month then you OWE for the entire month. We do not prorate your rent when moving out. When vacating we ask that you give us at least 5 day notice, you need to remove your lock (It is yours to keep), leave the unit in broom swept condition, and give us a courtesy call at 706-790-1200 to notify us that you have vacated.
Rent is always due on the first of the month. The first late fee is added on the 8th of the month. We try to make it easy on you. You can pay from our website, call our office to make a payment over the phone, set your account up on auto draft, or bring your payment to our office.

Our managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed. After we determine the size that you need, we ask that you come to the property to view the unit that you would be moving into.
Yes, We sell various moving supplies in our office.
If there is a storage unit available that meets your needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
Our gate hours are 7 days a week 5:00 am - 10:00 pm. Should you need 24 hour access you can have it for a fee of $10 a month.
